Ian
Mansbridge (Chairman)
Mr Mansbridge’s career has included
experience at senior level in Agriculture, Legal office, Trustee Industry,
Banking and Finance. Positions held included Managing Director Sandhurst
Trustees Ltd, Managing Director Elders Rural Bank, Managing Director
National Mortgage Market Corporation, General Manager Financial Services
and Subsidiaries Bendigo Bank. Mr Mansbridge is a director of the
following companies: Australian Friendly Society Ltd, Australian Fresh
Food Alliance Pty Ltd, Sandhurst Custodians Ltd, Sandhurst Nominees
(Canberra) Ltd, Sandhurst Nominees (Victoria) Ltd, Sunstate Lenders
Mortgage Insurance Pty Ltd, Tasmanian Banking Services Limited, Tasmanian
Perpetual Trustees Limited. Mr Mansbridge is the Chair of the following
companies: Sandhurst Trustees Ltd, Community Enterprise Foundation,
Central Victoria Innovation Park.
Robert
Bladier (Managing Director)
Mr Bladier has more than 20 years experience in financial
services and capital markets, including ten years working with
ASX where he was head of Strategic Business Development.
Robert's involvement took him through the ASX demutualisation
and importantly, the strategic planning necessary for a stock
exchange as a listed commercial entity.
Prior to this, Robert was the Director in charge of equity
derivatives for BZW Australia, part of Barclays Bank, and one of
Australia's largest brokers in the 1990s. He also has
considerable experience in government and public policy.
Michael Costello,
AO, BA, LLB
Mr Costello brings to NSX extensive international contacts
and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment, as well
as specific and extensive stock exchange experience. He is a
former Deputy Managing Director of ASX Limited, and oversaw the
demutualisation of ASX as well as developing ASX’s strategic
positioning as a commercial entity. As well, he has
previously served as Secretary of the Department of Industrial
Relations and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, in
Canberra
Mr Costello is currently Chief Executive Officer of ActewAGL,
a joint venture of AGL and ACTEW, (an ACT enterprise), that
oversees the delivery of water, electricity, natural gas and
wastewater services within Canberra.
Michael Cox, B.Sc (Geology), B.Law, Dip.Gemmology, Grad
Dip.Diamon Technology, Director,
Mr Cox has a background in stockbroking and has acted as a
corporate consultant in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cox was formerly a
director of other public companies including Benitec Limited and
Queensland Opals Limited. Mr. Cox is a Fellow of the Gemmological
Association of Australia (FGAA) and a Member of the National Institute of
Accountants.
Hugh Robertson
Mr Robertson is a director of Bell Potter Securities
Limited.
Mr Robertson has had 23 years experience
in the Securities industry and his positions have included
acting as Director of Falkiners Stockbroking Limited, Bell
Potter Securities Limited and OAMPS Limited. In addition to his
role as Director of NSX Limited, Mr Robertson is also currently
acting as Director of Catalyst Recruitment Limited, Rattoon
Limited and Wentworth Mutual Limited. Mr Robertson is a Member
of the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association (SDIA).
Brian Peadon
(executive director)
Is the founder, major shareholder and current chief executive
officer of the Waterexchange Pty Ltd, Settlement & Registry
Services Pty Ltd and Watergroup Management Pty Ltd. Brian
Peadon established the Waterexchange in 1994. The market was
originally run from his family’s farm in Dubbo, NSW before
setting up permanent offices in Canberra, ACT. In 1999 Brian was
awarded a BAgSc (Irrigation) from Charles Sturt University.
