The firm’s structure is organised under four core departments: Corporate; Banking and Financial Services; Property and Construction; and Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Within these departments, the firm has specific industry and practice groups which focus on the needs of individual sectors of commerce and industry, as well as specific areas of legal practice.

These groups are focused on ensuring a high level of information-sharing throughout the firm, through which we leverage a broad range of skills and experience. They also ensure that trends in key industry sectors are monitored - helping our people to continually grow and maintain their expertise.

Within our Corporate Department we maintain leading national practices in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and private equity.

Our active and integrated national equity capital markets team plays a leading role in the equity area - advising on all aspects of equity capital markets work including acting for issuers and arrangers in large-scale placements and hybrid issues. Our experience extends to offerings in Australia and overseas - or a combination of both - involving a variety of different securities and equity instruments.
