About Sponsoring Brokers

 

To List on the NSX

A company or issuer of securities must have a sponsoring broker

The sponsoring broker must be a participating organisation of the NSX.

It is their responsibility to introduce the issuer to the NSX.

They also provide capital raising, corporate advisory services as well as provide research and promote companies to their client bases.

Sponsoring brokers are important to help provide liquid and better access to financial markets to raise the required capital. Sponsoring brokers can also be nominated advisers.

How Long is a Sponsoring Broker Required?

The sponsoring broker is only required at the time of listing.
